Perma Core®
Perma Core® is a Superior Poly Core Poly Wrap Corespun Thread in which a high tenacity continuous filament polyester is being wrapped by high quality staple spun polyester. The continuous filament polyester imparts strength and the wrapping of staple spun polyester meets the requirement of flexibility, elongation and necessary friction to help in loop formation. while sewing the garment. It has more strength than normal staple spun polyester thread with same tex size. Perma Core® is an ideal solution for the garments where seam strength and neat seam appearance are important.
Spun Kool®
Manufactured with a 100% polyester, Spun Kool® is a staple spun sewing thread twisted and wound with an FR finish. Ideal for multiple applications where traditional staple spun polyester is required.
Wildcat Plus®
Wild Cat is a continuous filament textured polyester thread. The textured filaments give the thread a soft feel and make it ideal for use on overlocking and cover seaming machine loopers to provide softness and comfort especially in "next to the skin" seams. It gives high extensibility and seam strength resulting in good seam security and low shrinkage characteristics which ensures no seam distortion after washing.
Perma Spun®
A 100% Staple Spun Polyester Thread which is manufactured from superior quality fibers to withstand high speed sewing operation. It has a uniform construction and suitable for critical sewing operations.
D-Core®
D-Core® is a Premium Poly Core Cotton Wrap Corespun Thread in which high quality cotton is wrapped over the high tenacity continuous filament polyester. The continuous filament polyester gives strength and the wrap of cotton provides better sewability, safeguard against needle heat, better heat resistance while ironing and meets the style & design element which is the requirement of modern days. D-Core® is best suited for sewing rugged garments and the garments which are to be heavy washed to give wash down effect.
Anesoft®
A&E’s Anesoft® is a Microdenier continuous textured polyester filament thread that offers ultra softness and comfort in "next to the skin" seams. The Textured Microdenier construction (having more number of filaments) provides softness of seams in multiple applications including active wear, swimwear, intimate apparels due to excellent covering properties and required extensibility of seams.
Chroma®
Chroma® is 100% mercerized cotton thread, manufactured from high quality long length cotton fibers which imparts better strength when compared with normal cotton thread, thus making it suitable for cotton garments meant for overdyeing. Due to mercerisation, it has high strength to withstand the high speed machine running on sewing as well as high dye affinity & luster which are the key parameters when the garments are meant for overdyeing.
Supra Seam®
A&E’s Supra Seam® is an Elite Corespun (Poly Poly Corespun) thread produced with unique NTT technology. Due to Elite compact spinning, number of protruding fibers/hair are less which imparts strength and luster. Supra Seam has higher initial modulus which helps in sewing performance. Supra Seam helps in achieving neat seam appearance due to compact spinning. Supra Seam is an ideal sewing thread for very fine extra light weight fabrics such as Chiffon, Silk which are prone to puckering if stitched with ordinary thread.
